Thank you very much for your reservation at Tyrolean Village Resorts at Blue Mountain!  We are sure you will enjoy the unique style of our cottages nestled at the base of Blue Mountain. 

Most of our Swiss style cottages have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, large brick fireplace, cable T.V, sauna and a large deck facing the mountains.  Each bed has 2 pillows and 1 blanket but NO sheets and pillowcases unless they are ordered in advance, at a cost of $10.00 per bed. 

All of our Executive style cottages have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, gas fireplace, cable T.V & DVD, two Jacuzzi tubs, washer & dryer and a large deck facing the mountians.  Each bed has 2 pillows, 1 blanket, sheets & pillowcases.

Please Remember to bring your own Towels

Each of our kitchens are equipped with one refridgerator, therefore you may want to bring an extra cooler.  All basic necessities like dishes & cutlery, pots & pans, coffee maker, kettle, garbage bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper are provided.  However, specilaty appliances like electric frying pans and blenders are not. 

 All of our cottages have a propane BBQ on the deck from May - October. 

Our cottages are not air conditioned.  Each cottage is equipped with one fan, however you may want to bring another fan(s) depending on the weather.

The concept of Tyrolean Village Resorts at Blue Mountain is that of a rustic getaway from the city.  Since there are No Phones in any of our cottages, any calls, faxes, and messages you may be expecting can be left or picked up at the office.  Most major cell phone companies cover the area.  There is also a designated high speed Internet connection in the office to collect email on your laptop computer. 

It is very important that you do not park on the streets while you are staying with us, as the municipality may tow your vehicle.  If you require additional parking, please inquire at the office. 

A 40% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.  The deposit is non refundable unless cancelled 30 days in advance.

A credit card security deposit is required upon arrival.  The security deposit will expire after you check out and no charges will appear on your credit card statement, as long as there were no damages or problems during your stay.  If you are arriving after hours, the Security Deposit must be processed in advance so that the key may be left out for you.

Your cottage was rented to you on an understanding of the number of people who would be staying in your cottage.  No guests are allowed unless agreed upon in advance with the office.  Violation of this rule will result in an additional charge and possible eviction.

We ask you to please be considerate to the other tenants and neighbors and observe respectable behaviour.  Therefore amplifiers, and high volume sound systems are not permitted.  All music/noise must be kept at a reasonable level inside the cottage.  The Management reserves the right to evict any tenants for disruptive behaviour. 

Before leaving your cottage, please make sure you have left nothing of value.  We cannot be responsible for these items.  We would also appreciate it if you could close all the windows, turn off the sauna and all lights, tidy all dishes and return all furniture to its original place.  Please bag all your garbage and place it in the garbage bins located in the parking lot beside the volleyball courts on Tyrolean Lane.  All recycling, properly separated, should be left in the cottage.  You will find an instruction sheet regarding our garbage and recycling policies in the cottage.....failure to follow these instructions will result in a $50 charge to your security deposit.  A cleaning charge will be deducted from your security deposit if the cottage has not been left in satisfactory condition. 

Tyrolean Village Resorts at Blue Mountain is a Pet Friendly resort; therefore pets are always welcome.  In the event of a messy cottage resulting from your pet, a cleaning charge will be applied to your security deposit.  If you do bring your pet we highly reccommend that guests bring a small vacuum in an effort to clean prior to check out.

Check in time is 4:00pm on the day of arrival and check out is 11:00 am on the day of departure.  If you wish to make alternative arrangements regarding these times, please inquire at the main office and if at all possible we will accommodate you  while you wait.  There is a $50.00 charge for a late check out based on availability.  Please bring all sets of keys with you upon check out.  There is a $10 charge for each set of missing keys. 

Should any problems arise that require the attention of the maintenance staff, please notify us as soon as possible as our staff are more accessible during business hours.  However, after hours you can contact the maintenance/security department at 705-444-5628
