Thank you very much for your reservation at Tyrolean Village Resorts! We are sure you will enjoy the unique style of our chalets nestled at the base of scenic Blue Mountain.

Most of our Swiss style chalets have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, large brick fireplace, cable TV, sauna and a large deck facing the mountains. Each bed has 2 pillows and 1 blanket but NO sheets & pillowcases unless they are ordered in advance, at a cost of $10 per bed.

Most of our Executive style chalets have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, gas fireplace, cable TV & DVD, two Jacuzzi tubs, washer & dryer and a large deck facing the mountains. Each bed has 2 pillows, 1 blanket and sheets & pillowcases.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS

Each of our kitchens are equipped with one refrigerator, therefore you may want to bring an extra cooler. All basic necessities like dishes & cutlery, pots & pans, coffee maker, kettle, garbage bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper are provided. However, specialty appliances like electric frying pans and blenders are not.

BBQs are only provided seasonally from May to October.there are NO BBQs on the chalet decks in the winter.

For chalets with a wood burning fireplace, you can either bring your own firewood or purchase it from us. Firewood will be delivered to your chalet if ordered in advanced. If it isn't ordered in advance, you can purchase it from the office during regular office hours. The prices are as follows:

• Box of Superlogs (6 X 6LBS) - $25.00 includes tax
• One Superlog - $5.00 includes tax
  *Each Superlog burns for 3-4hrs.

The concept of TYROLEAN VILLAGE RESORTS is that of a rustic getaway from the city.
Since there are no phones in any of our chalets, any calls, faxes, and messages you may be expecting can be left or picked up at the office. Most major cell phone companies cover the area. There is also a designated high speed Internet connection in the office to collect email on your lap top computer.

It is very important that you do not park on the streets while you are staying with us, as the municipality may tow your vehicle. If you require additional parking, please inquire at the office.

A 40% Deposit is required to confirm the reservation and the Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless cancelled 45 days in advance.

A credit card Security Deposit is required upon arrival. The Security Deposit will expire after you check out and no charges will appear on your credit card statement, as long as there were no damages or problems during your stay. If you are arriving after hours, the Security Deposit must be processed in advance so that the key may be left out for you.

Your chalet was rented to you based on an understanding of the number of people who would be staying in your chalet. No guests are allowed unless agreed upon in advance with the office. Violation of this rule will result in an additional charge and possible eviction.

We ask you to please be considerate to the other tenants and neighbors and observe respectable behavior. Therefore amplifiers and high volume sound systems are not permitted. All music/noise must be kept at a reasonable level inside the chalet. The Management reserves the right to evict any tenants for disruptive behavior.

Before leaving your chalet, please make sure you have left nothing of value. We cannot be responsible for these items. We would also appreciate it if you could turn off the sauna and all lights, tidy all dishes and return furniture to its original place. Please bag all your GARBAGE and place it in the garbage bins in the parking lot where the pool, tennis courts and volleyball courts are located on Tyrolean Lane. All RECYCLING, properly separated, should be left in the chalet. You will find an instruction sheet regarding our garbage & recycling policies in the chalet.failure to follow these instructions will result in a $50 charge to your Security Deposit. A cleaning charge will be deducted from your Security Deposit if the chalet has not been left in satisfactory condition.

The chalets are PET FRIENDLY; therefore pets are always welcome. In the event of a messy chalet resulting from your pet a cleaning charge will be applied to your Security Deposit. If you do bring your pet we highly recommend that guests bring a small vacuum in an effort to clean up prior to checkout.

Check in time is at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check out time is at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you wish to make alternative arrangements regarding these times, please inquire at the main office and if at all possible we will accommodate you (there is a $50 charge for a late check out). Please bring all sets of keys with you upon check out. There is a $10 charge for each set of missing keys.
