AnswerYou can send an online reservation inquiry form or call our office directly. Our customer representative will get back to you promptly with rates and availability. Our office numbers are 705-445-1467 or Toronto direct 416-213-7437.



QuestionHow much of a deposit do I have to pay to book a Cottage/Chalet?

AnswerIn order to confirm your reservation, we require a 40% deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the rental fee is due 30 prior to arrival.



QuestionHow can I pay?

AnswerWe accept all major credit cards.



QuestionDo I receive a confirmation for my booking?

AnswerOnce your deposit has been processed, a confirmation will be emailed to you.



QuestionWhere and how do I check in/check out?

AnswerYou will need to come to our resort office at 796455 Grey Rd. 19. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.



QuestionDo you accommodate large groups? What is the best unit for us?

AnswerRealistically, our 27 cottages and chalets, which range from 3 to 9 bedroom can potentially sleep 418 people. An individual chalet that is great for large groups is our 9 bedroom Swiss style cottage that can sleep 22 people.



QuestionDo you have a minimum stay for your units?

AnswerWe have a 2 night minimum stay. However, mid week bookings for large groups may be accommodated for 1 night stays.

QuestionWhat resort ammenities do you have?

AnswerThere's lots for you to do here, we have a private beach on Georgian Bay, Outdoor heated pool, children's playground, hiking/biking trails, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, horseshoe pits and soccer/baseball playing feilds.



QuestionWhat size beds are in each unit?

AnswerPlease refer to each individual chalet webpages where sleeping arrangements are described.



QuestionHow close are your cottages/chalets to the mountain?

AnswerAll of our cottages/chalets are within walking distance to Blue Mountain ski lifts, the pedestrian village and events plaza.



QuestionDo your cottages/chalets have BBQ's?

AnswerThere are propane BBQ's on the decks of each unit from May until mid November.



QuestionDo the cootages/chalets have fireplaces?

AnswerAll of the units have fireplaces. Most are wood burning, some are gas or electric. Firelogs for burning can be purchased in our resort office.



QuestionDo your cottages/chalets have smoke detectors?

AnswerYES. All of our units have been fire safety inspected and meet all fire code regulations.



QuestionHow does the damage deposit work?

AnswerA damage deposit of $500 is required prior to check in (long weekend damage deposits are $1000). The pre authorized damage deposits will be destroyed within 2 days of check out, once a full inspection has been completed.



QuestionDo I need to bring my own linens?

AnswerOur Swiss style chalets come with 2 pillows and 1 comforter for each bed. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. We provide linens and make the beds in our Executive style units, but you are still required to bring your own towels.



QuestionCan I bring my dog?

AnswerABSOLUTLEY!!!!! We are Pet friendly with an off leash pet park which includes a "doggy pool".



QuestionWhat is your cancellation policy?

Answer30 days prior to arrival.
