A 40% Deposit is required to confirm a reservation, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. Guests / groups must be 21 yrs to book a cottage. A refundable Security Deposit of $1,000 is required by credit card upon check-in ($1,500 for long weekends).
